Job Summary
As a Services Account Executive, you are the face of the Professional Services (PS) organization to our clients and our account teams. Your ultimate responsibility is to evangelize and sell our key PS offerings, focused on Consulting and Managed Services solutions.You will work daily with solution architects, clients and NetApp account teams to identify customer needs, map appropriate solutions, deliver customer proposals, and secure contracts for these services. You will be assigned and measured on bookings performance for the area you cover. Relationship building is key.Your goal is to spend the maximum amount of time in front of our customers and account teams to develop opportunities.You will be measured on the sales metrics of PS Bookings and / or Invoiced Revenue for the patch you cover. You must be willing to be an active part of the Professional Services selling community.We are not a collection of lone wolves.We rely on the collective experience of the team and participation in the team chats and being a part of the team chemistry is critical to both your success and our success for the North American geo we represent. Education
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
