*Job Description:** *
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling work ticket orders for our national accounts such as Lowes, Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc. Your duties will include: * Qualifying and verifying customer requests received electronically or by phone. * Checking technicians in and out, and booking/dispatching purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions in a timely manner. * Effectively managing customer requests for service by ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to the customers' satisfaction. * Other duties as assigned. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably from a retail * Previous call center experience is a plus. * Solid tenure with at least one year at each position. * Proficiency in Microsoft programs. * Attention to detail. *Shift Details:* * Tuesday - Saturday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Sunday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Friday - Monday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM * Training hours for the first 2 weeks: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM in a classroom setting at the office, followed by assigned shift while training/shadowing on the floor. *Work Environment:* Spacious open floor setting - ability to move hybrid after 6 months of employment (determined by performance). #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
