Takes a leadership role and responsibility for managing the company's independent contracting relationship with the field sales organization, and assure that the revenue plan is achieved. These responsibilities are performed through a process of recognizing, analyzing and successfully capturing market opportunities, through the efforts of the Sales Team across the entire product array. Observes and develops product information, builds and manages contractual relationships, monitors progress on business plans and ensures performance objectives are achieved. Success will be achieved through revenue plan attainment. Determining the factors so that optimum sales force results are maintained. This process is supplemented through conducting reviews of territory sales results and by making changes when deemed necessary and appropriate. Responsible for managing the company's independent contracting relationships with sales professionals, administers strategic customer pricing programs, and collaborates with Field National Accounts. Assigned various tactical initiatives by the Managing Director, Sales. Essential Functions

Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: $88,830.00- $141,600.00: depending on location and experience Additional Details: Candidates must live in Eastern time zone (EST) to be considered.
