Description The Billing Specialist is responsible for processing contracts for that are sent to our billing department daily. You will be interacting with our sales reps, clients, and internal departments regarding billing related items while ensuring all deadlines are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities: - Complete daily billing in an accurate, timely and professional manner - Reconcile over/under billing - Monitor month end billing completion on assigned accounts - Responding to billing items in a timely manner from sales reps and clients. - Reviewing and approving revenue adjustments. - Researching billing inquiries from customers, sales, markets, or internal departments in a timely manner. - Recommend updates to desktop procedures and process flows as part of best practice of maintaining current documentation. - Develop and implement more efficient systems, as they are approved, for various departmental activities and programs; i.e., not just entering the data. - Continuously challenge current processes as the business evolves to suggest and implement Skills invoicing, reconciliation, billing management, account reconciliation, quattro, quattro pro Top Skills Details invoicing,reconciliation,billing management Additional Skills & Qualifications BVA: - Business Management or Accounting Degree - Experience working with Quattro - Experience working in queue driven environment Disqualifiers: - If somebody has just worked at a small company where invoicing volume was low and they weren't required to do high volume invoice processing daily, they wont be a good fit Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $20.00/hr.
