*Description*
Key Responsibilities: *Executing, optimizing, and managing performance-based campaigns across multiple paid media channels. *Analyzing campaign performance metrics, generating reports, and providing insights for data-driven decisions and continuous optimization. *Providing channel strategy input & recommendations to meet brand objectives and achieve media KPIs. *Conducting in-depth keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance. *Meeting with channel vendors to stay updated on platform best practices, new features, and monitoring performance relative to the industry. *Staying abreast of industry best practices, trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies. *Collaborating with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, analytics, creative, and sales to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives. *Partnering with agencies and internal brand teams to translate creative strategies into effective media plans. *Preparing and delivering regular performance reports, highlighting trends and recommended optimizations. *Managing a large budget across multiple platforms. *Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and explaining tactics. *Skills* Social media, Paid Search, Paid Media, Social media platforms, Digital marketing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Will manage a large budget and report to C-level executives. Paid Media/ Paid Search as well as Paid Social *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
