Description This team is trying to revisit the client's SMS strategy as this is the first part of a larger project that needs to be done by 2030. The director has a team of 2, and they are focused on a larger project, so they need someone to come in, map out the current state of SMS and other comm channels in the org, identify redundancies and areas of improvement, and collaborate with other teams.
