Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to lead the NetApp Keystone product line. NetApp Keystone is our flagship offering for hybrid cloud infrastructure, providing customers with flexible, pay-as-you-go consumption models and seamless data management across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of cloud and data storage technologies, and a passion for driving innovation and customer success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for NetApp Keystone, aligned with the company's overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use these insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure the product meets their expectations. Act as a key point of contact for major customers and partners.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, customer satisfaction, and business impact. Continuously analyze product performance and drive improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in cloud, data storage, or related technology sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure, data management, and storage technologies. Experience with consumption-based models and SaaS is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional solutions. Experience in engaging with enterprise customers and partners.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of driving product success and achieving business goals. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 216,750 - 322,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
