What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapy and adjust care as patients progress
• Educate and empower patients and caregivers with home programs and safety guidance
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Licensure:Current or temporary Physical Therapy license in the state of Missouri
• Certifications:Current BLS certification (must be active before providing independent care)
• Experience:New grads welcome! 6 months to 1 year of experience in rehab or with adult/geriatric patients is preferred
• Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
