Location: Dover, NH POSITION SUMMARY The Growth Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth for the Credit Union. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, strong analytical skills, and strategic business acumen to identify and execute growth opportunities. This role is requires dynamic problem-solving with a deep understanding of P&L and balance sheet management, consumer insights, and competitive market dynamics in order to best leverage analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration to advocate for necessary resources and align teams around growth objectives. With strong marketing execution skills, the Growth Marketing Manager will manage full-funnel campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing, while maintaining a clear vision for the business's growth trajectory. The role will demonstrate expertise in the modern digital media landscape, as well as working knowledge of CRM and CDP tools. As a key representative of the business, the Growth Marketing Manager will craft compelling strategies and present insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategy: Leads the creation and implementation of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for our banking products. * Analyze Business Performance: Conducts ongoing analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and other sources of business and marketplace insights, identifying growth opportunities and diagnosing business challenges. * Advocate for Resources: Serves as an advocate for the resources necessary to achieve growth objectives, presenting data-driven recommendations to secure internal buy-in. * Market and Consumer Insights: Maintains expertise in market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform business strategies. * Strategic Storytelling: Translates business performance and market insights into compelling narratives to influence stakeholders and support strategic initiatives. * Marketing Campaign Management: Briefs, develops, and manages full-funnel marketing campaigns, from brand awareness to performance marketing, ensuring alignment with growth objectives. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Partners with internal teams, including finance, analytics, and operations, to align business priorities and marketing execution. * Executive-Level Engagement: Presents growth strategies and performance updates to C-level executives, engaging in strategic discussions and decision-making. * Performance Measurement: Sets and tracks OKRs for marketing initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization of growth efforts. * Embrace and Leverage Technology: Stays informed about emerging technologies and trends, proactively adopting tools and platforms that enhance day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and support innovative approaches to achieving growth objectives. JOB SPECIFICATIONS * Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with marketing analytics and measurement tools. * Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of brand marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. Proficient in planning and executing performance-driven media plans. * Proficiency in AdTech and MarTech: Working knowledge of paid search, programmatic display and video, paid social, customer data platforms, and marketing automation platforms. * Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver measurable results in driving business growth and achieving marketing objectives. * Business Acumen: Proficiency in diagnosing business health across balance sheet, P&L, and operational dimensions. * Leadership and Advocacy: Ability to advocate for necessary resources and align cross-functional teams toward common goals. * Market Expertise: Pursue deep knowledge of the assigned business segment, competitive dynamics, and emerging market trends. * Strategic Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders. * Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrates flexibility in managing priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exhibits a proactive desire for learning and curiosity to continuously enhance skill sets, keeping pace with rapidly evolving technologies * Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of working effectively across teams and disciplines. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Brand Management, or related roles. * Experience in digital-first financial services industry is highly preferred. * Strong track record of managing marketing campaigns and driving measurable business growth. WORK ARRANGEMENT The working arrangement for this position is hybrid. Hybrid work is an opportunity to find the right balance between working in the office and remotely, especially if it supports individual success and the needs of our organization. Hybrid schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business unit needs and may vary by department.
