We're looking for an Information Systems Manager to lead our Salesforce production support and operations team, with a focus on maintaining system stability across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated GTM tools. This individual will report to the Director of Information Systems and work closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Finance to ensure system uptime, fast incident resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes. The ideal candidate brings calm, clarity, and leadership to fast-paced environments, and thrives on turning chaos into structure. They will be instrumental in evolving our production support model and shaping the operational backbone of our GTM systems.

You will:



  • Lead Salesforce production support across GTM platforms, including CPQ and Sales Cloud
  • Establish incident response and escalation protocols for high-impact issues
  • Drive root cause analysis and reduce recurring platform issues
  • Oversee system health, integrations, and platform stability with partners across IS and Sales Ops
  • Implement support SLAs, workflows, and documentation standards
  • Manage a regional team focused on operational uptime and support excellence



You have:



  • 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud production support
  • Deep knowledge of CPQ, opportunity lifecycle, and Lead-to-Cash workflows
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform troubleshooting and issue escalation
  • Proven experience leading incident resolution across cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant or Advanced Admin), or equivalent experience
  • Background in Agile and/or ITSM support environments



You have an advantage if:



  • You've built or led a global production support function
  • You have experience with tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, or CLM platforms
  • You've driven improvements in release processes or platform monitoring
  • You bring hands-on experience with DevOps, QA coordination, or automated testing
  • You're skilled in support metrics, SLA tracking, and operational reporting
  • You've worked closely with Sales Ops, BTO, or Finance in a system support capacity



USA: $127,000 to $144,000
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
