Overview

As a Business Analyst in our Private Bank Transformation team, you will work closely with banking product and technology teams to consolidate business requests into logical requirements. You'll play a pivotal role in the realization of the bank's strategic initiatives, documenting, analyzing, and facilitating the implementation of solutions to address business and client needs. What You'll Do

  • Document and translate functional requirements across different banking products into concise user stories
  • Collaborate with project and development teams to support program and project lifecycles
  • Lead UAT testing of sprint releases and coordinate end-user testing
  • Support change management through production of training materials, hosting training sessions, and organization of system demos
  • Provide support as required to resolve data, technology, and process issues

Skills You'll Need

  • Proven experience working in similar roles across financial services, consulting, or technology services industries
  • Ability to operate across projects with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner interdependently and influence across organizational lines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Experience working in Agile frameworks
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of banking products and solutions

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $139,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
