Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Executes digital communication strategy and implementation across all outlets including social media, online marketing and email related with HIV prevention and treatment and LGBTQ+ community care.

Job Responsibility

• Works closely with the leadership to lead the strategic planning, management, and tactical execution of the brand and voice across relevant social media platforms.
• Deploys digital analytics and optimization strategy across all channels to identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven insights and tracking against KPIs.
• Updates and maintains websites and social channels, ensuring brand consistency, and content relevance and accuracy.
• Works closely with internal clients and communications team members to understand deliverables, develop project schedules, and maintain schedules throughout the production process.
• Maintains brand consistency throughout all communications.
• Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
• Marketing experience with HIV prevention and LGBTQ+ community.
