**NURSING - NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS**

Mosaic is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! In this role, you will provide health care to individuals receiving services in the homes by scheduling medical appointments, assessing condition, reviewing medications, completing any necessary medical forms and by updating medical records.
