Position Summary:

The Demand Generation Manager will develop and implement digital growth strategies to generate leads and revenue across our various consumables, equipment, and service offerings for the company. This position is responsible for working closely with the sales and product teams to align efforts and use data and analytics to measure and drive performance.

• Proficiency in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
• Working knowledge of various paid media channels as well as developing customer retention strategies
• Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of automated demand generation strategies across multiple marketing channels
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses
• Lead the planning and execution of all paid media programs for the various business categories of Benco
• Develop the digital KPI goals to support business growth
• Working alongside Senior Stakeholders, Digital Team, and business unit Marketing leaders to establish a best of breed approach to the use of digital marketing technology and industry best practices
• Work closely with the various product teams to ensure that the digital marketing strategy aligns with their team's broader strategy and growth efforts
• Develop digital dashboard reporting to feature digital campaign performance across all categories - paid media channels, email, social media, etc.
• Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness across all digital channels - paid media, email, social media, etc.
• Digital marketing agency management
• Collaborate with cross functional team members as needed to ensure project deadlines are met and organizational goals and objectives are achieved

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
• 7-9 years of experience in demand generation or related field required
