What You'll Do

This role will serve as an individual contributor and be assigned to a designated product, potentially supporting development on adjacent product teams within the project. This role will partner closely with the team Engineering Lead to implement standards and best practices and work closely with team members to support the development of a cohesive user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Primary Expectations

• Experience working in agile software development on a cross-functional team
• Able to navigate ambiguous requirements and environments to support delivery
• Support the development and communication of milestones and delivers upon their area of expertise
• Actively participate in conversations and planning sessions with team members and stakeholders
• Willingness to partner with senior practitioners and be receptive to mentorship
• Able to identify risks and communicate to leadership; provides recommendations to mitigate identified risks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences as well as stakeholder engagement
• Meet customer expectations

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of engineering experience, demonstrating in-depth knowledge in at least one frontend technology stack
• At least 3 years experience working with React and Javascript
• Experience with measurement and monitoring tools such as Datadog
• Demonstrate desire to learn new technologies
• Public Trust Clearance
