The Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing and measuring the financial and operational performance supporting JLL Service lines such as Finance and Capital Planning, PDS, SOP, IFM, Sourcing and others. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis, developing performance metrics, creating reports/dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes. The Performance Analyst collaborates with stakeholders across different departments to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and optimize performance to achieve strategic objectives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive analytics solutions including, but not limited to, data processing, automation, visualizations, end-user training, continuous support, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the objectives and requirements of special projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis, exploring both familiar and unfamiliar datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations by effectively communicating findings to stakeholders and clients.
  • Document process design requirements, process flow maps, and technical design documentation for supporting technology (using JLL standard documentation tools).
  • Develop deep understanding of business objectives to translate into actionable business intelligence strategy.
  • Partner with JLL Technology teams to design data integration from multiple systems into manageable data warehouses and analytic data models.
  • Ensure that JLL system data is aligned with Client system data and reporting
  • Work with business line data stewards and other stakeholders to identify remediation actions when Critical data quality falls below the accepted threshold.
  • Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from other business groups and develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviors and techniques.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all data related processes and analyses.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analytics and AI, incorporating them as applicable.
  • Maintain user permissions and access roles through the Technology Access Tool (TAT).

Remote Role:This is a virtual role, and the employee can sit anywhere within the United States.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or evidence of expert skill in BI, data science, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, Information Management, or related analytical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Working experience in analytical toolkit (R or Python, SAS) helpful.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and framework a plus.
  • Experience with Databricks preferable.
  • Smart Sheet experience preferred.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of BI, business or data analyst experience required ideally in an enterprise environment across multiple application systems and business functions.
  • Demonstrated successes in data analysis, drawing conclusions and improvement.
  • Working experience in BI tools. Data visualization using Tableau or PowerBI, SQL, ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Informatica) and bulk data manipulation is essential.
  • High level of technical skills with demonstrated ability to manage, manipulate and analyze raw data, research data issues, draw conclusions, provide resolution, and develop actionable recommendation.
  • Strong facilitation skills to help lead data gathering and design sessions to formulate solutions.
  • Knowledge of corporate functions - Operations, Finance, HR, PDS, Transaction Management, Occupancy Planning, IFM etc. would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written). Ability to effectively communicate and promote ideas and proposals persuasively.
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels of enterprise within a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience handling multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing predictive models.
  • Expert level skills in Excel required.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

85,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
