Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144Drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the CD&I organization focusing on important processes that the organization must deliver including various processes focused on security improvements, regulatory compliance, financial efficiency, continuous improvement and driving employee engagement. This role will focus on coordinating, driving, and assisting the CD&I leadership team to run the business.Throughout this, the individual will be exposed to our business cycle and processes the team must deliver on.With this visibility, the goal is to drive change to optimize how CD&I executes and deliver continuous improvement, freeing up time for high value tasks. As part of this role, the individual will be the primary site admin for the CD&I Tiedeman presence and provide calendar, travel, and event coordination for select leaders. Job Responsibilities:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 to $94,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
