Drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the CD&I organization focusing on important processes that the organization must deliver including various processes focused on security improvements, regulatory compliance, financial efficiency, continuous improvement and driving employee engagement.

This role will focus on coordinating, driving, and assisting the CD&I leadership team to run the business.Throughout this, the individual will be exposed to our business cycle and processes the team must deliver on.With this visibility, the goal is to drive change to optimize how CD&I executes and deliver continuous improvement, freeing up time for high value tasks. As part of this role, the individual will be the primary site admin for the CD&I Tiedeman presence and provide calendar, travel, and event coordination for select leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works in partnership with leadership and possesses functional expertise to drive or analyze operational or operational support processes.
  • Identifies and implements operational improvement concepts that generate measurable benefits across the organization (e.g. revenue, expense, client experience, etc.); further supports larger improvement projects.
  • Assist in developing reporting and metrics to measure performance and effectiveness of operational processes.
  • Demonstrate and maintain competence of industry trends and practices in operational area, Risk Management, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Support all solutions for business critical operational or technology issues including operational impact, root cause analysis, cross business impact, and arrival at solutions; communicate clearly to end users and key stakeholders.
  • Mine data from primary and secondary sources often using complex joins across multiple datasets
  • Use project management skills to drive and support the completion of various tasks, including application changes, upgrades, issue remediation plans, 2nd and 3rd line of defense exams, etc.
  • Partner and communicate with stakeholder groups to ensure workload is effectively prioritized, planned, and tracked to completion.
  • Serve as a "trusted advisor" who develops and maintains strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (LOB partners, technology, compliance, vendors, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Prioritization and multitasking
  • General technical knowledge, passion to learn new concepts.
  • Interest in driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead meetings, drive change escalates challenges.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 to $94,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
