Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist

Location(s): Houston, TX

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Job Description:

The Network Real Estate Specialist is responsible for driving multiple projects through the real estate process by coordinating with internal Telecommunication teams, external vendors, and even property owners or tower companies. The specialist will assign and manage site acquisition, A&E, environmental, and legal vendors to perform work in the field and will manage the vendors by maintaining weekly update weekly calls and email communications. The specialist is responsible for timely project tracking through the entries into Fuze SPM. Accurate forecasting of certain milestones in SPM based on project progression will be important to make sure downstream teams are prepared before the projects are real estate complete. When applicable the specialist will manage lease negotiations within Telecommunication's prescribed leasing model and will seek management support as needed. The specialist will be responsible for purchase order management for their vendors, ensuring POs are issued before work commences and validating task completion upon receipt of the POs. Purchase orders will require routine management of due dates to give an accurate forecast of future spending. Lastly, the specialist will coordinate with Telecommunication's regulatory team to ensure Telecommunication remains in compliance with all applicable NEPA, FAA, and FCC requirements

Will be responsible for driving project completion and managing site acquisition and A&E vendors

Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies

Will be required to work in multiple systems

Manage project budgets

Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team

Insure that all parties are aware of project status

Conduct deployment calls
