Job Title: Deskside Support Analyst

Location: Rahway, NewJersey(100% onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

* Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break Fix and end user support activities as required.

* Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).

* Complete special projects as requested by Customer.

* Provides technical training to junior team members

* Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.

* Where required provide support for manufacturing shop floor handhelds laptops and scanner devices.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until May 16, 2025.

The hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
