Our team focuses on developing state-of-the-art Hardware in the Loop (HITL) simulation systems used to test cutting-edge guided munitions for the Air Force's premier munitions acquisitions organization. With expertise in the areas of radar, electronic warfare, target generation, and digital signal processing, the Fort Walton Beach team has been a recognized authority on RF HITL solutions for the last 25 years. The individual selected for this position will be joining a team of talented engineers and scientists to develop advanced HITL simulators from inception to prototype and production. The right candidate will be comfortable operating as a member of a small inter-disciplinary engineering team and eager to attack any technical challenge.

The Engineer in this role will support advanced technology radar, guided munition and EW programs including research and development of advanced digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms, high-fidelity radar target signatures and RF modeling, simulation, analysis including integration with OEM RF guided munition sensors and systems.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Math or Physics from an ABET-accredited school with 12+ years of experience or an MS with 10+ years of experience.


Candidate must have excellent math skills and/or possess and show good fundamentals in one or more of the following:

* Signal Processing Algorithms


* Digital Signal Processing (DSP)


* Radars and RF Target Signatures

* Electromagnetics/ Antenna Theory

* Mathematica (or similar) Analysis tools

* Modelling and Simulation tools

* Digital Logic Design
