The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Employer Relations, the Assistant Director will play a critical role in supporting the Career Management Center's (CMC) overall employer relations function. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with recruiters at leading global employers and supporting students' career success. This position directly contributes to student career success by serving as a relationship manager for a portfolio of top-tier employers, providing support to enhance recruiting strategies, and ensuring a high-quality experience for both students and corporate partners.
