Sr. IT Vendor Analyst SUMMARY The Senior IT Vendor Analyst is responsible for evaluating business technology needs, leading the due diligence and RFx processes, negotiating contracts, leading contract renewals and changes and other post-signature events. Responsible for creating and reviewing contract terms and conditions and ensuring that all negotiated agreements are properly managed through contract execution. Collaborate with business and portfolio managers to drive vendor performance and determine what capabilities and product offering(s) meet the needs of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to assist with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for new and existing vendor technologies; assists with vendor selection and recommendation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, business partners and platforms).
- Facilitate meetings between vendors and company stakeholders (BSGs, Operations, Legal , Risk and Finance),to gather requirements, identify solutions, manage vendor performance.
- Function as the point-of-contact for contract and vendor service issues from business partners and assigned vendors.
- Administer the vendor feedback process, including collecting, integrating, analyzing, and communicating information; make recommendations for process improvements.
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
- Mentor team members, offer effective coaching and feedback .
- Develop strategic vendor partner strategies.
- Lead Vendor Management improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Keen business acumen across multiple practices, such as IT, vendor management, financial management, contracts management, risk management
- Self-motivated / directed, with the ability to effectively influence change
- Comfortable interacting with multiple teams and varying levels of leadership
- Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, at multiple levels of an organization
- High level of comfort with business and technology language
- Ownership mentality with a deep sense of accountability for results
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
- Travel is not expected
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or equivalent education and related work experience
- Minimum 6 years progressively responsible related work experience

The base pay range for this role is $108,200 - $162,300. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
