Job Summary

In this Role Associate will be responsible for the successful design implementation deployment and adoption of an overall solution. A Solution Architect ensures that the solution meets the customers needs now and in the future.

Responsibilities

Client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage a roadmap with associated activities.

Provides expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and evaluates the customers business processes against the standard application functionality.

* Design and implement cloud solutions that optimize the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for enhanced collaboration.

* Oversee the administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure seamless communication across the organization.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud architecture with business objectives.

* Develop strategies to enhance the performance and reliability of collaboration tools.

* Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems to ensure high availability and security.

* Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing cloud infrastructure.

* Lead initiatives to migrate legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.

* Possess extensive experience in Microsoft Teams Administration and collaboration tools.

* Have a strong background in cloud architecture with a focus on communication tools.

* Experience in the investment banking and brokerage domain is highly desirable.

* Familiarity with cards and payments systems is a plus.

* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

* Show strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Certifications Required

* Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
