REPAIRS

Job Summary

Framer is responsible for performing framing work and repairs as needed. Works under immediate supervision relies on specific direction and instructions.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs framing work as directed by supervisor
• Performs punch work as indicated by inspector
• Makes any truss repairs as needed
• Repairs and resolves problems with bowed studs
• Sets floor, roof trusses and wall panels
• Frames stairs and landings
• Uses hand tools and power tools as needed
• Attends company safety meetings
• Maintains and uses personal protective equipment PPE at all times
• Performs work consistent with Company policies, procedures and applicable law
• Helps with any other framing that needs to be completed
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• 6 months to 1 year of construction experience skills and abilities
