This position is part of a small, hands-on collaborative team that reports to the Marketing Technology Manager. The primary responsibilities include administering and producing marketing podcasts while managing related web-based marketing solutions such as blogs, microsites, and website systems. The Coordinator will be responsible for formatting and sending electronic communications using the Firm's email campaign management system, Vuture. They will also post communication-related content to the website using the Firm's content management system, Sitecore. Additionally, the Coordinator will support each system to ensure adherence to standards that promote content quality and best practices. Data systems involved include, but are not limited to, CRM (DealCloud), CMS (Sitecore), and NetDocs. The Coordinator will collaborate with the Marketing Technology team to develop in-depth analytics related to marketing technology systems, which will assist attorneys and marketing professionals in formulating effective business development. This position is hybrid and offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the office.

Your Role:

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator within our Marketing team, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration of Marketing Technology: Focuses on the administration of technology related to electronic external and internal marketing communications generated by the firm

  • Podcast Production and Administration: Collaborates with the business development team and attorneys to develop ideas for new podcast episodes, and provides technical support during recordings.

  • Blog Development:Works with business development managers and blog developers to build blogs; develops best practices, training curriculum, and resources for attorneys to maintain their own blogs

Required Experience:

College or technical training required. Must have 2-4 years of marketing experience, advanced use of Excel and data manipulation, and a general understanding of CRM and databases. Knowledge of HTML, CMS, SharePoint and experience with podcasting is a plus. Excellent research and analytical skills using the firm's internal and external sources. Must be very detail-oriented and organized with a focus on sustaining a high level of quality and consistency at all times. Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, administrative assistants, and marketing colleagues. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task projects. Flexibility to work overtime to complete necessary and time-sensitive tasks.

Time worked in excess of 40 hours per week will be paid at time and one half of the hourly rate. The salary range for this position is from $60,000 - $70,000 depending upon experience and location.
