The Sr. Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing FileNet solutions within a hybrid work model. With a focus on FileNet Administration the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. This role requires a deep understanding of FileNet technologies and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $165,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of FileNet solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of FileNet systems ensuring optimal functionality and uptime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FileNet solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on FileNet best practices and standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for FileNet configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure system efficiency and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to FileNet systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest FileNet technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations in all FileNet implementations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in FileNet administration and development tasks.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to deliver FileNet solutions on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing information management capabilities impacting overall business efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in FileNet Administration showcasing a strong technical background.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing FileNet solutions in a hybrid work environment.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest FileNet technologies and trends.
  • Display a commitment to maintaining high standards of system performance and security.
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members in technical tasks.
