Shift:Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm * Base Pay Range: $19.15 - $30.23/hour, based on experience * Special Pay: Additional $1.00 per hour until 05/31/2025
MU Health Care is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Fulton Family Health Associates team. We're looking for a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional leadership and foster effective communication among our healthcare providers and support staff. The ideal candidate excels in problem-solving, values accuracy and timeliness, and can guide and train our Patient Service Representatives. As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining provider schedules, resolving billing issues, and overseeing daily operations. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Act as liaison between management, health care providers and support staff to ensure communication between these groups. Instruct and advise support staff on changes in policies, procedures or working standards.
Maintain accurate provider schedules in computer system. Complex decision-making and problem resolution.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree in business. Supervisory experience. Experience in a physician's office, hospital admissions, or patient accounts.
