As aRecruiting Technology Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment processes, leveraging AI-driven tools, and integrating Agile methodologies to create a seamless and efficient hiring experience. This position will be based in Modesto with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance. What You'll Do:
- Innovate with Technology: Evaluate, create, and implement solutions leveraging existing or new technology, including SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Streamline Processes: Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and utilize bots to reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy.
- Optimize ATS: Partner with HRIS/ATS teams to design, enhance, and manage ATS functionality, ensuring seamless integration with other technologies.
- Lead Change: Govern Talent Acquisition processes, update process maps, and communicate changes to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Integrate Agile methodologies into daily activities, lead medium-sized continuous improvement projects, and mentor junior team members.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Maintain high standards of communication, feedback, and professionalism throughout the recruiting process.
- Leverage AI: Research and implement AI-driven tools to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and matching processes, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate and Support: Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership on special initiatives and projects, providing technical expertise and project management.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of Gallo HR or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of HR or IT experience to include HRIS, corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR a high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 11 years of HR or IT experience to include HRIS or corporate agency or recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Expertly proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other advanced recruitment technologies, leveraging them to optimize and enhance the recruitment process.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook; expert proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Extensive experience working with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi for creating and analyzing business processes.
- Proven expertise in leveraging data to communicate program results to business partners, with exceptional attention to detail in data management.
- Proven expertise in cultivating a highly collaborative team environment, with exceptional organizational skills and a track record of successfully managing multiple complex tasks and projects concurrently.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to effectively convey complex information and foster strong relationships with candidates and team members. Proven track record of maintaining seamless and efficient collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. What Will Set You Apart:

- Expertise in leading the optimization of ATS, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Extensive experience in using and optimizing process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi for creating and analyzing complex business processes.
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing complex technology integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the implementation of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to manage and drive projects. Must have an in-depth understanding of Agile principles, roles, events, and artifacts, with the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team collaboration effectively.
- Possession of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent, with extensive hands-on experience in applying Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement.
- Experience with full lifecycle recruiting on a national and/or global level, advanced understanding of OFCCP and EEOC compliance, and basic understanding of recruiting concepts and ability to present them to leadership.
- Expert proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook; advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Advanced expertise in leveraging data to communicate program results to business partners, ensuring exceptional attention to detail in data management. Proven track record of independently designing and executing surveys, coupled with the ability to perform comprehensive analysis and interpretation of survey results to guide strategic decision-making.
- Advanced expertise in creating and maintaining a highly collaborative team environment, coupled with superior organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $110,700 - $166,100
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
