Senior Director - Operational Efficiency and Talent Engagement
Position Overview:
The Senior Director - Operational Efficiency and Talent Engagement plays a pivotal leadership role in driving strategic operations, enhancing internal and external communications, and elevating the employee experience across the organization. This individual will lead multiple departments and initiatives, focusing on operational excellence, talent strategy, brand development, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is an experienced and strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling high-performing teams, implementing organizational change, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and purpose.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Growth
Lead and support a high-performing remote sales team and may oversee a remote RN recruiting division.
Oversee the Corrections Recruiting Division, including both remote operations and the Omaha-based office.
Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance process efficiency and team performance.
Maintain oversight and continuous improvement of RFP development and submission processes.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and department leads to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.
Champion interdepartmental alignment to ensure organizational goals are met with clarity and cohesion.
2. Marketing & Brand Development
Provide strategic oversight to the Marketing Department (based in the PTH office).
Guide and enhance marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and internal/external communications.
Oversee all aspects of conference planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and implement company-wide employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive rewards and recognition program.
Lead cross-functional efforts to strengthen company culture, with an emphasis on inclusion, collaboration, and mission-driven work.
4. Community & Client Engagement
Lead and grow community outreach and involvement programs to reinforce company values and visibility.
Manage and improve the Client Satisfaction Survey process (e.g., NPS), in partnership with Client Services and Marketing.
Serve as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to reinforce the organization's presence, trust, and impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Progressive leadership experience in operations, talent strategy, or organizational development
Experience managing remote, cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives and change management projects
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated success in marketing strategy, talent engagement, and community outreach a strong plus
