In this role as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will work support and maintain manufacturing and production process equipment and utility needs and maintain product quality requirements. Job is key to ongoing preventive maintenance and management of all refrigeration systems and building equipment including steam boilers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Position participates in rotating "On Call" duties for after-hours facilities emergencies and refrigeration operating temperature alarms to ensure product quality.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Works with refrigeration contractors, signs off work orders, generates purchase requisitions, signs and dates invoices.
  • Position oversees refrigeration spare parts inventory and asset disposal.
  • Expected to perform scheduled building equipment preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, fills out PM check sheets, signs and dates equipment tags and logs tasks into computer maintenance management software.
  • Responsible for maintaining chart recorders and refrigeration leak log book
  • Responsible to analyze and troubleshoot any facility related issues.


What You Bring:



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Should be EPA certified to handle refrigerants of all types.
  • 5+ years working in a GMP environment with experience working with HVAC and Refrigeration equipment in a facilities/plant maintenance organization.
  • Should be experienced using computer maintenance management software, temperature monitoring software and applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $37.69 to $51.83 per hour, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
