Outsourced Accounting Services Associate

As an Associate in our Outsourced Accounting Services (OAS) group, you will be a valued member of our team and will build relationships with our outsourcing clients. How you will contribute:

• Dedicating time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas:
• General ledger and process accounts payable
• Payroll processing and payroll tax reporting
• Sales and Use tax reporting
• Bank and credit card account reconciliations
• Depreciation schedule preparation
• Monthly, quarterly, and year-end trial balance closing assistance
• Prepare and assist with monthly management reports and financial statements
• On-site or digital accounting outsourcing
• QuickBooks consulting and assistance with accounting system design
• Assisting with the training of clients, staff, and other OAS personnel

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance or other business-related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, or staff accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
• Prior experience with CaseWare, Fixed Assets CS and Bill.com
• Experience working with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package
