Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute demand planning strategies to optimize inventory performance and productivity.
  • Leadership: Lead a team to implement solutions tailored to business strategies and needs. Ability to strongly collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact with Relex regarding upgrades, new modules, and other value development items. Attend special interest groups, remain active in Relex community, and participate in new feature beta testing.
  • Data Analysis: Develop and leverage advanced analytics tools to analyze trends, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in demand planning methodologies.
  • Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of demand planning tools and processes across organizations, providing training and support as needed. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) on any value development or new feature.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback, guidance and influence enhancements to current processes utilizing systemic demand planning solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related domain, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of demand forecasting models and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in using demand planning software.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with machine learning or AI-based forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Snowflake (EDW) and Looker
  • Proficient in writing and debugging SQL code
  • Expertise with RELEX or comparable demand planning software
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar

If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
