Summary The BIM Data Integration Specialist oversees the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) FMS system as a system administrator. This role involves setting up access roles, developing views, reports and process flows within the system capabilities. The consultant will work in partnership with NM technical support and vendor support to ensure seamless execution of workflow for our internal user requests. Effective project management skills, transparent intake processes, and clear, consistent communication with clients and stakeholders are essential. Weekly coordination across various teams including planners, trades and other FMS users, is required. The role demands strategic vision, technical knowledge, and communication skills to continuously add value to the organization through the CAFM system. Responsibilities also include analyzing workspace utilization data to optimize space planning, developing and maintaining key performance indicators, and producing insightful reports.
