Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is essential in facilitating hiring activities for all non-exempt and exempt roles. This role will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, a passion for building strong relationships, and a knack for developing and executing compelling recruitment strategies.



Responsibilities

    Relationship Building: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
  • Recruitment Guidance: Provide guidance on recruitment activities and solutions to managers, building relationships and trust to effectively gauge needs and influence hiring decisions.
  • Recruitment Process: Outline expectations for the recruitment process to source and select the best-qualified candidates for the position, delivering qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
  • Employment Branding: Manage projects to build social channels and job boards for business branding, providing insights on concepts and media tactics to engage prospective candidates.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • The wage range for this position is $95,000-$114,000 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 7-9 years of progressive experience in a talent acquisition role.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) (e.g., iCIMS).
  • Ability to navigate social media to source qualified candidates during the recruitment and selection process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong ability to speak on behalf of the organization and represent the business.
  • Ability to train and mentor others.

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
