Job Summary
Continuous Product Engineering (Sustaining Engineering) position to diagnose, reproduce and identify solutions to customer reported problems with NetApp products.You will work with NetApp ONTAP, the number one storage operating system on the planet.Problem areas include NetApp hardware, software and multi-vendor interoperability. This could be the right job for you if you enjoy solving puzzles working "under the covers" of complex systems to understand how they behave and digging into low level operating system code to find and fix product deficiencies.You will also collaborate with support and development engineers to improve the supportability, resiliency and functionality of NetApp ONTAP. Education
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 2 years of experience, or a Master's Degree; or equivalent experience is required.
