First Shift Starting rate is $17.80 per hour PRIMARY PURPOSE: Receives, compiles and tracks recovery paperwork to create a donor chart. Ensures that incoming information received is handled in a timely manner to create and update charts for review queues. Reviews and assesses the chart information to determine Donor Eligibility based on Review Criteria. Ensures that the eligibility is compliant with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
