CDL Driver

CDL Driver - Residential Route
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $18-21/hour (based on experience)

We're hiring a CDL Driver to run residential garbage routes right here in Shreveport. You'll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, play a key role in keeping our community clean while putting safety first. This isn't just a driving job. It's a chance to be a part of the community you live in-to show up every day, work with pride, and make a difference people see and appreciate.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• Start time: 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

• Around 45-50 hours a week

• 10+ hour days -overtime available year-round

Pay & Benefits:

• $18-21/hour, based on experience

• Full benefits - medical, dental, and vision

• Paid vacation

• 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%

• Weekly pay + consistent overtime

• Stable, year-round work - no seasonal layoffs here

What You'll Need:

• A valid Class A or B CDL

• At least 1 year of experience driving with your CDL

• A focus on safety, reliability, and good customer service

• A team-first attitude and pride in a job well done
