Essential Functions 35% - Supports the campus end user technology fleet (Windows and Apple devices), including imaging technology with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), JAMF, or comparable technologies, device deployment, inventory management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cable management 20% - Provides employee technology support using a combination of phone, email, video, ticketing system, and in-person interaction with customers in an educational setting 15% - Troubleshooting and remediation of various hardware and software issues on technology devices, both office and classroom environments 10% - Documents desktop support processes and procedures for internal staff training and process standardization, and improvement. Develops end-user training material and conducts end-user training on technology usage and guidelines. 10% - Participates collaboratively in division planning activities. 10% - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience with desktop user support or technical support for equipment, networks, systems, telecommunications, or technology security, appropriate to the assignment. There is no substitution or equivalency allowable for the High School Diploma or GED. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
