Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director, AI Sales Specialists - Strategics and USPS to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proventrack record in selling High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. As an AI Sales Specialist Director, you will provide strategicguidance and oversee the sales efforts in the AI space, driving revenue growth and fostering strong business partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of AI Sales Specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers who can benefit from NetApp AI solutions, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships.
  • Act as a trustedadvisor in the AI space, offering expert guidance and recommendations to customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned market segments or regions.
  • Cultivate and nurture business partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, technology partners, and ISVs (Independent Software Vendors).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies, as well as on-prem and cloud AI deployments.
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience and established relationships with NVIDIA and AI ISVs is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Previous experience and strong working relationships with resell partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and enhance the skills of team members.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales lifecycle and quota management, preferably in the HPC/AI industry.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and expertise in promoting AI stack and solutions.
  • Familiarity with on-prem and cloud AI deployments, including the associated challenges and opportunities.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 15years of overall experience, including 8+ years of relevant people management experience,including direct oversight of individual contributors and people managers preferred.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 368,900 - 477,400 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
