Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a dynamic, and experienced Communications and Business Operations Lead to join the Office of the CIO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all global communications, creating engaging and effective executive level presentations, organizing employee engagement events, and supporting the OCIO business operations. This role requires an attention to detail with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Communications: Develop and manage internal global OCIO communications.
- Presentations and Reports:Create OCIO presentations and reports, ensuring they are clear, concise, and effectively communicate key messages. This includes creating info graphics and videos.
- Event Planning:Plan and execute various events such as All Hands meetings, leadership summits, social events, and other employee engagement activities.
- Employee Engagement:Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Collaboration:Partner with Corporate Communications and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- OCIO Business Operations:Maintain OCIO collaboration sites, manage the OCIO mailbox, and create and maintain the OCIO dashboard.
- SharePoint Team Sites: Managing and developing SharePoint team sites.
- Consulting to managers on translating messages using the power of words, images, sounds and animation.
- Advising organization on all aspects of communication formats to ensure clarity and accuracy of message.
- Conducting final review and approval before external communications are released.
- Coaching staff involved in any communication events or presentations.
- Project Management: Manage and execute special projects and stretch assignments as needed, preferred.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications role.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills preferred, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Compensation: The target salary range for this position is 100,300 - 148,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
