Compensation Grade: H96Compensation Details: Minimum: $17.00 - Maximum: $17.00 HourlyDepartment (OHEHR) AI - AIDS InstituteJob Description: Responsibilities The Hourly Project Assistant II will participate in assigned projects, which could include the following activities: - Assisting in the national improvement collaborative (Impact Now Collaborative), including support and documentation of virtual affinity sessions - Assisting with the coordination and implementation of CQII's Learning Labs - Conducting literature searches on key quality of care issues topics to be determined - Assisting in and provide ongoing support for ongoing CQII projects - Working on other related projects, as needed Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a Social Science, Psychology, Applied Science, Public Health or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Excellent written communication, analytical and organizational skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Interest in public health initiatives to build capacity, experience working directly with HIV care providers. Basic understanding of HIV infection and transmission. Knowledge how to conduct literature searches and ideally, how to write position papers or policies. Experience analyzing scholarly papers and providing capsule summaries. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Word and Excel. Conditions of Employment Hourly, grant funded position expected to last through 8/8/2025. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Travel up to 10% of the time will be required. The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire.
