Pro-Active Engineering is currently seeking a Machine Operator for our Selective Solder Machine, assuring products are assembled in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Operate Selective Solder machines. Perform preventative and general maintenance as required. Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at hand. Create Selective solder/ Wave solder machine programs. Assemble assigned products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards. Review boards, components, and post assembly for defects and consistency to ensure accuracy. Remove parts that do not meet production process standards and notify management of product discrepancies. Fill in at different Production work stations as needed. Ensure work area is kept clean. Adhere to company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines, Perform other related duties as assigned. Competencies Attention to Detail Technical Capacity Time Management Results Driven Communication Proficiency Teamwork Oriented Required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent (GED) 1-2 years of related experience Equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of electronic components Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Education and Experience Soldering experience Previous Machine Operating experience.
