One of Hawaii's largest healthcare clients is seeking an MDM (Mobile Device Management) contractor to help update, refresh, and deploy their mobile devices to ensure Windows 11 capability. In addition to deployment of devices, this candidate should also have previous experience with application management, initial device integration, testing, configuring, and knowledge on how/which applications are compatible with either Google Workspace One or Microsoft InTune. Responsibilities: - Perform mobile device refreshes and replacements - Collaborate with other IT team members - Upgrade and configure phones and various devices - Troubleshoot and resolve any difficulties and issues; ticket management - Educate users on appropriate usage, backup procedures, and basic troubleshooting ** This position is starting off on a 6 month contract; pending performance, possibility to extend month-to-month. Longer term extensions will be based on budget approval *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar - Self-motivated - Able to work independently - Motivated to learn/ research *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
