Experience supporting EMR's/EHR's (clinical applications) (Epic/MyChart) 3. Password resetting experience/email activation 4. Workflow system (ticketing tool to track results/pending items for patients) - ServiceNow *Please apply if you're interested in hearing more about the opportunity* We are looking to set up interviews as early as next week 2 openings - Monday - Friday 8;00am - 5:00pm - Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:30pm ** Every 4 weeks is a rotating weekend where they work Saturday/Sunday and have 2 off days. Job Description - This role reports to the Clinical Applications Manager and provides support to customers/patients. This team is the escalated exam read workflow team and is clinical clerical using the work list software with the company, taking calls from end users, providing updates and looking up results, etc.. Primarily this person takes 75 - 100 calls per day from customers looking for updates on their image progress, results timeline, etc. Responsible for proper documentation in their tools and working directly with patients/customers.
