This opportunity will be contracted to hire* * * *You'll enjoy...* *Standard Hours* - Monday-Friday day shift hours 8am-5pm *Opportunity to work for a large healthcare provider!* * * *A day in the role...* * Talking to the clients, explaining rejections, obtaining authorizations, and reaching out for additional information * Will be performing a mix out outbound and inbound calls, but not a lot * 70% of communication will be email correspondence *Necessary Skills and Strengths:* *Medical Records| Medical Insurance| HIPAA* *Core Experience:* * 2+ years medical administrative or customer service handling complaints or resolving issues * 1+ year of written customer or client communication * Attention to detail *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
