*Job Title: *Administrative Assistant - High-Volume Data Entry
*Location:* Oakland County, MI *Schedule: *Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) *Position Overview:* We are seeking a focused and self-motivated Administrative Assistant with strong data entry skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a task-driven environment, excels at managing repetitive tasks with accuracy, and enjoys working independently. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our billing and project documentation. *Key Responsibilities:* * Enter data from physical timesheets, work orders, and invoices into Excel spreadsheets and internal systems * Ensure accuracy of billing codes, invoice details, and project information for submission to the billing department * Process 150-200 invoices weekly with speed and precision * Maintain organized digital records and support document management tasks (e.g., scanning, filing) * Communicate with the Project Management and Billing teams to clarify or resolve data discrepancies * Support general administrative functions as needed *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * 1 year of clerical or data entry experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Typing speed of 40-60 WPM with high accuracy * Strong computer literacy, including navigating file systems and using email * Keen attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in large data sets * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage deadlines and repetitive tasks efficiently *Work Environment:* * Office-based role with a family-oriented, collaborative atmosphere * Team of approximately 20 employees working closely together * Supportive, family-like work culture * Modern office environment *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
