If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you! *Position:** Customer Service Representative* *Location:** Hybrid setup in Troy, MI and Daytona Beach, FL* *Pay:** $17/hour (English) | $18.50/hour (Bilingual in Spanish)* *Start Date:** Insurance Servicing Class on June 27th* *Why Join Us?* * Bonuses Galore! Earn a $160 bonus for maintaining excellent attendance on the 11:30 AM to 8 PM shift, and a $340 bonus for achieving a 93% or greater quality score! * Training: First 30 days fully on-site for training (9:30 AM to 6 PM). After training, enjoy a hybrid schedule based on performance metrics. * Supportive Environment: Work in a clean, cube-style setup with dual monitors and wired headsets. Our team is here to help you succeed! *Responsibilities:* * Handle 35-45 inbound calls daily, addressing insurance servicing questions from borrowers, agents, and financial institutions. * Multi-task efficiently between various systems to research and document calls. * Provide quick and accurate responses while maintaining professionalism. *Qualifications:* * *Must Have:* * *At least 1 year of recent customer facing experience (call center preferred but not required).* * Proficient in using a Windows PC and navigating software systems. * Typing speed of at least 35 WPM. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Reliable internet connection for remote training and work. * Reliable transportation. * *Nice to Have:* * *2+ years of call center experience.* * Background in insurance or mortgage. *Important Notes:* * No time off in the first 6 weeks! * *Testing required: Basic Computer Literacy (70% passing) and One Minute Typing Test (35 WPM passing). * If you're ready to embark on a rewarding career in customer service with opportunities for growth and bonuses, apply now!
