Short Description The Phlebotomy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily phlebotomy operations for both in-house and outreach services, including long-term care facilities. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through effective team leadership, scheduling, training, and compliance with regulatory and hospital standards. The supervisor will coordinate closely with nursing, laboratory, client services, and outreach teams to support efficient and accurate specimen collection and transport. The supervisor will work an assigned shift/location as necessary. Supervise the Phlebotomy Coordinator and be responsible for supervisor on-call rotation.
