Want to stand out as the technical brain behind smarter, safer, more connected spaces? This is where your impact begins.

What You'll Do

As a Systems Engineer, you'll be the architect behind technically advanced building control systems. Your role will include:

  • Engineering Expertise: Design and configure complex control systems based on contract specifications. Create flow diagrams, sequences of operations, bills of material, network layouts, and electrical schematics.

  • Custom Software Development: Write and test intelligent software programs that bring the building automation systems to life.

  • Integrated Design: Produce detailed drawings, submittals, and equipment schedules to guide smooth installation.

  • Materials Management: Select, procure, and track the delivery of all necessary materials to keep projects moving on schedule.

  • Factory Collaboration: Coordinate with factories on component mounting and delivery to align with timelines.

  • System Commissioning: Load and commission system controllers at both system and network levels.

  • Troubleshooting & Validation: Ensure full functionality by resolving issues in collaboration with subcontractors and field teams.

  • Project Documentation: Support creation of "as-built" documentation and relay real-time changes during construction.

  • Client Engagement: Keep project stakeholders informed and assist in training operators on their custom systems.

  • Value Engineering: Deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

  • Mentorship: May guide and support junior Systems Design Assistants.

  • Safety First: Uphold the highest safety standards-for yourself and everyone on the jobsite.

  • Travel Ready: Be prepared to travel as needed to support your project teams.
