Position: Physical Therapist - Home Care (Montgomery County - Audubon, Norristown, Bridgeport, King of Prussia and Devon)

Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Experience:
1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.

Education:
1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.
2. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
3. Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).
